Perhaps...then again, if they hadn't had that ready and things had moved faster, bears would say they didn't plan ahead. Shoulda, coulda, woulda. Hindsight is 20/20.

However, that was not my point. The point was that the money was not used to line the pockets of management. It went toward indirect costs of certification.

Fortunately most of the pain is behind us and we are very close to certification...and therefore revenue.
