Someone is loading up on shares. They know what they are doing too. They are taking their time... Trying to carefully acquire at the bid. They came strong for those 4 days... But now come and go a day or two at a time. Today... The 60,000 or so bids are gone.

This is one or two things:
1. Insiders buying in preparation for the come back to the USA market

2. A pumper team in loading in preparation for promoting this stock
