I have been following the legal motions although I am not sure that it will off relief to stockholders.I will venture some outcome although it is just MHO. The court said CT could not delete emails and had to turn over ALL business correspondence. Did she or didn't she? A very simple question and her own ex-attorney said she did.

The question is if she loses does this open the door for further liabilities, and what does this mean to the survival of the company, if anything?

I suspect I am one of few following this company.
