I am in no way certain about what I am about to state!

This name and symbol change reminded me of a post on another board. A company was having trouble with naked shorting on the German exchange. They changed their name slightly and changed their CUSIP number. This caused the stock to soar as the CUSIP number change caused all the shorts to be forced to cover. I am not an expert on the ins and outs of Cusip procedures but if shorts are forced to cover, we may see $3 again soon.

Either way I like the name change as Stem Cells carry a negative connotation for some.

K = Kevetrin, the oncology drug
P = Prurisol, the psoriasis drug
SAE = Serious Adverse Event
IND = Investigational New Drug
