Of all the public companies on the entire planet, only FASC has been totally prohibited from raising a single centavo for years except from its CEO who suddenly became incapable or unwilling to lend a centavo from his formerly open wallet.

When the Shock and Awe Campaign began, the Baghdad Stock Exchange continued in operation for a time despite some inside lighting disruption. Presumably money could still be raised until certain external events happened and shut the fine stock exchange perhaps forever.

Opinion: This typical sign of a stock market bubble is misleading

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (MarketWatch) — What if a stealth stock market bubble were forming that you couldn’t spot.

That’s a scary thought, since it means not only that a bubble exists, but also that even those looking for signs of it could easily miss it.
Take a look at the IPO market, which researchers have found to be well-correlated with past stock market bubbles. Because the number of companies coming to market is so much lower than what was seen at the height of the Internet bubble, and because that number has contracted over the past 12 months, many commentators have reassured us that we must not be in another bubble.

[Howsomever]

But the full story may be a lot less reassuring. Many companies that otherwise would be coming to market are choosing to instead raise capital privately, and are finding it surprisingly easy to do so.

it is very difficult to operate a company when the shoe string (budget) has almost no thread.

Thread is very cheap especially when we sell it at flea markets. Too bad FASC can't beg, borrow or steal anything at all.

The mysteries of things like dark matter that makes up to 90% or so of the universe but nobody can see it are a snap compared to the sudden inability of FASC to raise money for years.

Best, Terry
