By no means did I imply things are "changing" for the good or anything is happening at P20. It took them since last August but they half asked cleaned up the P20 yard and removed the condemned oil tanks out front. Probably all stuff the DEC has been screaming at them to do.

I did notice a few more cars than usual that is all. Not sure what a company that isn't doing anything needs so many employees for though.

I stand by my 100% correct DD that, nothing is happening, nothing is going on!
