I doubt Padre Troy would be willing to release the financials or the true dealings of MTVX, Motoped or APT. This venture was just a fast way for Padre to make a buck. Anybody who thinks differently if a fool. People like Padre Troy will do what it takes to line their pockets and be damned the little people.
That really didn't look much like an assembly line to me. Just a few mopeds in a warehouse with a couple of lackeys looking busy. Mopeds are not a real hot item right now with the easing of the fuel prices so this could have been state employees packing up the mopeds for collateral of the back taxes owed. Missouri state government could issue them to their revenue agents instead of letting them drive around in those huge gas guzzlers.
