HJOE is certainly delinquent in filing Financials which puts the stock at risk of suspension and revocation of the stock's registration. It is also possible the SEC could suspend HJOE for questions about adequacy and adequacy of information and for stock promotion, all of which would be implications of fraud.

Not sayin' the SEC will suspend HJOE for either reasons but the stock activities should look suspicious to anyone with coke-bottle glasses.

If suspended it is too late for shareholders.

In the vernacular, 'they was warned' by competent research sleuths.

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
