I've never met the FONG, but I have to believe he doesn't wake up each morning to say "Ah, can't wait to fleece investors". All of the concerns mentioned in folks posts are in the SEC reports. There is no deception (sorry, Lured). If he is selling shares to pay for potential business deals that may draw revenue downstream, that's the name of the game.
