I totally agree with your assessment on ARNH. Hard to believe that someone would believe a book value that was last reported in 2013. There have been three ownership changes since this report - which by the way a q report hasn't been issued since 2013 as well.

How can their be goodwill on a balance sheet for a shell company. The identity theft cards have expired - don't believe me, call them and ask yourself. Then there is the matter of inventory - inventory of what - and the list goes on.

Who knows what will happen with ARNH - I agree that a reverse split and possible merger or possibly it will just remain a shell. My opinions as always.
