Deal doesn't close until June 2 and then the trading of their shares will begin to control and influence market in a positive direction and obviously over $2 a share and above! They bought at $2 for a discount with confidence stock is well worth above that to sell! Price target is $22-$24 don't expect this over panicked price drop to last with a solid successful biotech going into phase 3. Many of the shares underwritten will most likely be sold to big institution investors etc and price will be kept from falling early do to a share buy sell on their own transactions.
