Because it named its auditor 5 years ago, and HHSE terminated them on 1/5/2015 for too many shareholders contacting the auditor. Now HHSE wants to sue the callers.

Most auditors are trained on how to handle shareholder phone calls. HHSE is special. It was the auditors fault for getting phone calls apparently.
