Huge order at $8.70 big discount

Does anyone have any idea who it was that was able to pick up 1,995,800 shares for $8.70 at 1:06 PM today? And who it was that sold? Why would they sell such a huge block at such a nice discount? The fact that it all went in one block for 32 cents lower than the prevailing price at the moment makes it strange. It also caused rest of the trades that day to drop.

It's just weird and makes no sense.
