Given SKY's SEC Form 15, something AIVI failed to file, and given your previous points about AIVI's failure to inform common share holders, why would you build a position in SKYC?

I know it has a significant smart phone finish manufacturing (end of the chain) business and an expansive retail business as opposed to AIVI's audio speaker and computer furniture manufacturing businesses. But it stopped reporting and issued no press releases that I have seen in 2013-15. So it is less transparent that AIVI- but no much less in English information.
