Thanks. I understand what you're saying now. Pretty impressive legal tactics being taken by ATVI's counsel. Last time they did something like this (when they counter-sued WDDD), SG outsmarted them by motioning the court to combine the cases (which would have caused an earlier markman hearing). ATVI then dropped the case.
