How does a CEO deserve a salary if the business isn't doing well? Is that what Scott Gallagher said? Huh?

A CEO has to spend money on many things to present a good image. Somrtimes there have been great business deals made on the golf course. I remember a huge deal worth millions of dollars made at a cocktail party. This is the way the business world works. I have been there and done it. JIMHO
