$4200 is a big deal for a non reporting OTC stock...esp. one that has had little activity and is now sustaining some interesting movements over the last weeks.

I'm thinking someone is accumulating. They have advance news and are ready to act on it.

Go with the tide, just make sure you don't get caught in the undertow!
