sound like you know what you're talking about, so perhaps you can be the first to explain exactly how this so-called "toxic financing" can be used as a vehicle to siphon off vast amounts of cash to the benefit of some insiders !! I should let you know that several others here have made similar absurd statements to that effect, but no one has yet been able to explain just how this can be accomplished, so don't feel bad if you can't either, I will surely understand ... but if you're so convinced that could happen, give it your best shot !!
