You know dabney was arrested for stock fraud using 22 false and misleading press releases to steal money from investors so I'm guessing Kane was just the face of the company and dabney was issuing the false news to dump stock ...he must have got even dirtier than usual and perhaps sold unregistered securities ...it's obvious that those who he bragged about and had important company positions no longer have much to do with him...they were caught in his trap of deceit I imagine and probably should go to the justice department and tell all otherwise they will be prosecuted just like dabney and Kane will be at some point..
Dabney lied about the California product release last December and dumped millions of shares on that "news".... And it's obvious his Spain release was just as bogus...still no products available from dabney...he got this poor stupid woman to go along with his scheme to defraud investors and say omnicann was selling what dabney calls her products...not even sold through the company...lol dabney will go to prison for stock fraud all the enablers and coconspirators from day one will be indicted as well IMO so don't look for anything of value from dabney,just time buying schemes and lies to enable him to remain free and the ability to defraud shareholders as usual
