Seems to me it was intended to be put into the purchase agreement as is and buried for a reason and I am sure they didn't sell to a small flock of birds.
Now lets look at that small blip from the purchase agreement again. Read it as fast as you can over and over and it will become clear that MTVX paid for Motoped but Padre Troy owns it lock, stock and barrel. Now go to Motoped.com and all you have is a link to APT Motovox. No mention that it is a subsidiary of MTVX or part of MTVX.
Note they are selling to Covey but delivering it to the buyers MTVX. Just a fast play on words and now Padre Troy has a leg to stand on if any legal action were to arise. This means they did exactly as intended and informed all parties and the general public of their intent. Old Padre Troy has all of Motoped under his personal control. That means all intellectual property, patents, and design which would have some value if Motoped were to ever fold.
This isn't the first sham pink I have researched. They find new and sneakier was of screwing the investors by the moment. Padre Troy is no exception.
