1. Court website stated that both cases were settled however, this appears to be incorrect.
2. One patent was withdrawn which is fact/correct
3. The second patent (the one awaiting damages) was stated in VRNG's 10q as awaiting damages in June (it was moved from May for what reason we don't know).
4. That being said, the date of the 10Q was AFTER the posting on the court website so as of that date, there had been no settlement on the patent that had been found valid and infringed and unappealable.
5. Appears as though we will hear on remedy in the UK next month, it does not appear as though a settlement has occurred - 10Q is the most recent information, please check there. Damages still to come
