I would think he'd have enough money to pay for them with all the shares he's diluted since he did that 1:10 RS back in April of 2013.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, he has to pay himself for the outstanding job he's been doing as the CEO. lol

He's diluted nearly 300 million, although maybe it's more than that by now.
