I am with you, I am not a litigious person either.. but his inaction causes a lot of shareholders huge financial loss then there needs an action, not just some best wishes...hopes..... maybe we need to find a lawyer who would like to take this case... if he can draw so much cash salary from IDLM, then he get no rush to change things... as a startup company CEO, his salary should be definitely most in the equity, not that much cash!!! then he got the inspration to work hard to get the company share price up!
