That's true. None of the 67,085,430 shares that were bought today (or yesterday or last Thurday or Friday for that matter) will result in the receipt of any ISBG shares. But they will share ownership in a company that has been relieved of some or all of its debt and they will participate in 25% of the value of what to this point has been worth nothin'.

That is, if you believe there has really been a deal as described.
