Mr. Keenan may no longer be with Superior. That will be this month's excuse for not filing the Form 10. Story being thrown around is PP wanted him to sign it without seeing the financials. Don't have any idea how accurate that story is but it does sound like PP. That way when the SEC rejects it, he could say we filed.
