There is a simple explanation... Yesterday there was an "out of sequence" trade @ .004 that printed close to the close here and that carried over on the ihub chart this morning and not the others...
There was no trading conspiracy fraud... Just low volume Grey Market trading in a POS stock charged with securities fraud.
