With only a 145,000 shares traded I think not that something is up. At least not yet.

What I think is there is so few shares available that any bid for 10,000 plus shares would have a hard time filling and cause a spike in the PPS.

Would be interesting to know how many trades have been made in the last few months that were over 10,000 shares. To get that info one would have to have access to time and sales history
