SWHI update:

Just spoke to one of the employees in tech dept (didn't get name but is one of the 3 full-time guys), who is basically the voice of the company (Norman is still their, so he's not dead, lol). Below are a few key points of the conversation:

1. Offering thru SEC was APPROVED in the beginning of April (SEC has NOT updated their site to show this). This is confirmed in their March 31, 2015 Quarterly Report (see below). Company has stayed current on all filings, as he stated the company wants to do the right and fudicially responsible thing, unlike many OTC pink stock companies.

On March 27, 2015 the Securities and Exchange Commission ORDERED that the offering statement is declared qualified.

2. Expansion into other markets is their biggest focus and they have been beta testing at end of 2014/2015 in other markets in the Texas (mainly Houston) area, which has caused the increase in costs to run the company. $40,000 in revenue last year, and once they get additional capital it will allow them to reach and service a much larger market. He mentioned a target for 47 million clients (take that as you may but, all companies say that). He went over the list of the niche market for clients, elderly, low-income housing, ankle monitor clients, prisoners (which can't use cell phones (must be land-line)), and others. Data will become part of their new offering, which excited him.

3. Business Model is complete, marketing in the Texas market is now be rolled out. This should allow for an increase in the number of subscribers, 1,000 is their anticipated break even.

This is all I have for now but it appears the company is on the right track with the market beta testing and its new business model, dat market, and marketing roll-out. They guy spoke to me for about 15 minutes on why he believes the investors undervalue the company with examples of their customer base and potential. We will see what happens with them in the coming weeks and/or months but he thinks that the company will PR something soon, but that he doesn't have a crystal ball and doesn't know exactly when. I'm just glad they are still working diligently and the man I spoke to was very optimistic. real company with real revenues, they just need that expansion to kick in.

Take this as you may, but I thought I would put this out for all. If you call company transfer to tech service and you can speak to him, very nice intelligent man.

GLTA - hope our day will come.....at least we know their doors are still open! Just needs volume here L2 is super thin!!!
