$VMRI was incorporated pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada on August 26, 2011. They have one wholly owned subsidiary, Vertitek Inc., a Wyoming corporation. From Company's inception until the quarter ended August 31, 2014, $VMRI was a mineral exploration company exploring for precious metals, or gold and silver targets. Their property, known as the Carico Lake Valley Property, was located in Lander County, Nevada.
