All told, I've sold about 75% of my largest-ever holding size, but none of the sales have been recent. The shares I'm still holding have a very low cost basis, and I prefer not to pay the capital-gains taxes (#msg-112447049).

I'm not sure, but I probably wouldn't start a new position in MNTA at the current valuation. With the newly issued shares* during the past year or so, the potential upside is now quite a bit lower than it was previously.

Still, I have no problem holding because the valuation is not unduly high and MNTA still has a lot of buyout vig, IMO.

*The fully-diluted share count I use for valuation purposes has increased from 54.3M (#msg-76922372) to 75.5M (#msg-113786995).
