Dude, just trying to be funny, a question was asked so I gave the best answer I could find quickly.

Absolutely feel that if you have the money to gamble, this is a great time to add.

Me, I've added all I am going to into this one, but I'm in it until the end. (Although if it hits .05 I may not be able to resist)

As others have pointed out, this is crazy how long it has taken. I looked at the Govt. sites and they state that average for a Markman result is 45 to 60 days....well, we are killing the average for sure with this one.

I do not know if the parties involved were in conversations if they could ask the Judge to hold the ruling, even then it seems like a long time for that.

This baby has simply just fallen of the end of the earth, no leaks, no articles, nothing for months...very curious.
