Scam company ADTM's latest round of financing, its private placement, is TOXIC FINANCING. Period.



Even the attempt to convince someone there that the latest round of financing represents "toxic financing" was basically brushed aside, because they are very familiar with that type of financing and they apparently didn't buy that either.
