That is old news. There is a new CEO in charge and things are changing. Frauds don't produce real movies (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Arts_Pictures), generate real royalties http://finance.yahoo.com/news/seven-arts-entertainment-movie-assets-130000530.html), or get exclusively featured at the CANNES film festival (found in same previous article.). Seven Arts does have a bad mark over it because of the former CEO, but it is a new company with new potential and new projects in play. Investing now will mean big payoffs in the near future.
