Exactly!! This news was great. The Financing was already spoken for by institutions. Plus only 10.5 million was executed right now. I talked to IR and they told me the other 14 million is only available when the stock hits 1.74 later down the road. They have reduced their debt big time and payonline should increase revenue and their bottom line. Again people can do what they want with the stock but this one is cheap here.
