It very well can. If it does a RS and the market does not tank hard the shares could continue to fall. Either way I would not want to be buying now when the chance for one is very much there. These ETF's are like pink sheets. They do not sell anything. They do not produce anything and they RS rinse and repeat over and over. Not saying that TVIX can't make you money just saying to keep an eye on it because a RS could happen. Look at some of the gold ETF's that did RS's in the last few years and the continued to go down. Again I was just stating to keep an eye out because it could happen. I wish you luck if you are in it.
