"Thin float" (150 million supposedly) and no one cares to spend a good $1,000-$2,000 to run it, that's all it would take.... Nobody or group, it's garbage because no serious traders will touch it... Glad I could clear that up for you.... That little volume that's coming in is for show, and will be added right back to the ask once ( if ever) volume comes in for whatever reason
