So far, that's the only correct thing you've said about acquiring all those investments, taking a vote of shareholders. Okay, the vote was yes. That's the easy part. Now you've got to actually acquire the assets. They don't miraculously appear in IDNG. You have to acquire them by;
1. Buying them (either with cash or through a loan)
2. Have them contributed to IDNG by the owners (which is
probably illegal in a public company if given by the
majority shareholders - even if it is legal, they
are not going to just give them to IDNG without
something in return).
3. Receive the investments in exchange for IDNG's stock,
which would be legal, but would cause a massive
amount of dilution.
