Maybe huge decision for us?

The Supreme Court may have done us a favor vs Nok/MSFT. Pretty
much the entire defense since day one has been Nok's belief (or
BS, take your pick) that they dont infringe. Same was picked up
by MSFT after the purchase. Neither has had a pot to p in with
Markmans going IDCC's way and other similar companies (Samusung)
licensing the technology. Now the Supreme's come down and say
that your beliefs dont mean a thing, nor are they a basis to
explain not paying. Looks like a whole new route to triple
damages, interest and legal fees has opened for IDCC.
