ATTN: I know there's a TON of speculation on whether or not this ticker will ever trade again...

I've been 'in it' for over (2) years - after having taken profits during the last [final?] run. And I've seen the story of $AEGY unfold...slowly...over that time-frame. I've done my 'DD' - as have many others - and feel as confident as I can about what I am about to say:

~ Pay *special attention* to section (IV), outlining the 'penalties' levied against Mr. "(hungry, hungry)" Hipple. The guy can't even say the word "stock" anymore, basically! This...after being caught "red-handed", playing fast & loose with legal financial documents filed w/ the the SEC. But hey: he's almost 70! He doesn't care about prison! Look at the sheer number of companies this guy has *created* and/or facilitated the development-of...and how many have/are being "investigated"...

This ticker going "grey" has NOTHING (I repeat: NOTHING!) to do with the plight of "weed" in America. This ticker is halted because of Robert John Hipple being involved...in yet ANOTHER stock...after being "warned" and "penalized" by the SEC!

$AEGY's "survival" will be dependent on the SEC; and whether or not they want to 'sink the ship with the Captain on board', imho. And, since this ticker isn't trading...all anyone really CAN do - is wait for the next bit of 'news' to be filed!

Pennyland is a mine-field of potential 'bum stocks' and 'fraud'. Running into a "Hungry Hipple" is basically par-for-the-course.
