Ugh. Back down to 3.2c. And at the current best bid, I'll bet that IDLM is being valued at less than cash on hand -- though of course we don't know how much cash our company has because Frasier doesn't think we deserve to know.

Marcus needs to come clean on where things stand vis a vis the SEC and vis a vis his plans to maintain improved communications with shareholders. Is anyone here still on speaking terms with the guy? I gather he has taken the incredibly mature step of blocking my IP address...as if tuning out his shareholders will make us disappear and make IDLM private again.

Maybe time to start contacting attorneys? Otherwise, I think I'll just be waiting this out in hopes that Frasier eventually sells the company.
