I tried to get an answer today on when Exobox is going to be deposed and who the PMK (person most knowledgeable) is going to be..

No luck.

I'll try again on Thursday.

Hopefully HansJ can give us some more insight into all this. Maybe his/her insight can help the shareholder's attorney.

Maybe during Exobox' deposition, Exobox can help make everyone understand that transaction they tried to pull off. Maybe Exobox will show the real damages they sufffered.

That should be interesting..
