Really.

Do you think for one minute that his girlfriend isn't going to turn states evidence? She already plead guilty and will be sentenced after Gillespi's trial. Maybe her sentence will be predicated on what she testifies to at Gillespi's trial. He's cooked and probably on the run. His stock, if any left, has been attached and he can't sell a thing he owns.
