Broadwell EX / Skylake EX leak

Broadwell EX is a pretty dull continuation of Brickland/Grantley, upping the maximum core count from 18 to 24.

Skylake EX promises to be a very new architecture though.
- 28 cores
- 6 channels of DDR4 (from 4)
- 6TB RAM supported (from 1.5)
- An innovation in the memory architecture, maybe on-package NAND?
- 100Gb OmniPath links
- UPI instead of QPI
- PCI bifurcation

Lewisburg chipset with high speed networking (RDMA, 4x 10Gb), compression/encryption accelerators and optional FPGA/graphics/transcoding.
