Yes IMHO I think phase II would trigger a milestone payment what that would be is anyones guess.I really don't see the issue hear we getting monthly updates from Elliot.

We all are waiting on the official results from Shire which to me is a no brainer (NO Safety Issues).I really don't see anything to worrie about except its going to be some waiting time.

Futuremore one that I spoke with outside this company over a year ago called everything thats occured to date.I wish I had listened.The only thing that has not occured yet is this person said they going to break the company up after the restructure and sell it off.

That what I see coming.I'm not going anywhere cause I see a chance in the future to recover or even make a few coins!
