Not very long! Two quarters max. I am long but very disappointed. Either get $30M of dilution and finish up the trial. Win or lose on the arbitration is no longer in play since it might drag out too long to make a short term improvement on the cash flow. FBR backed out for a reason at $1.03 with no warrant. Man, they are in deep doo-doo now. I don't even know what to say anymore. The only positive is the warrants now cost only $.20 where I bought a few months back and sold around $.30. Thinking of waiting for another week or so and buy some back.
