Thank you for this so very kind post, Doc! As you can see, tonight is one of the few times that I have even attempted to post anything to anybody, as I have been so depressed & despairing of life even, that all I have wanted to do since February 26th, when Jeff Reid of KMA G fame, cancelled that AGM that was supposed to take place the very next day in NYC. But for whatever reason or reasons, he was literally compelled & forced to recant that meeting, even to his own very great chagrin. I have been doing all that I can, as a 70 year old & not so strong of a man, to just try to hang on to just some kind of hope, but it has not been at all easy to, wanting more to die than to have to keep on living & persevering in this kraape-hole down here. As you can easily see, I am sure, that I have been more despairing of life than loving of it, and wanting to keep on trying. And Kevin Yates's situation has not helped a bit with regard to the some $1100 & 2,211,000 shares that I have in that company. For my BE for that $1100 is .0005 based on my share count. And unless somekind of a miracle happens, that too, will be gobbled up by the nefarious powers that be. There is some slight glimmer of a hope, that he might be able to wiggle himself out of the mess that he is in, ie: having to do an R/S, but it is tenuous at best, the which I am privy to, because of a wealthy investor who decided to help him because of my request for his sake. Did I drink the kool-aid? Did my friend, also, drink the kool-aid, who is a lot more knowledgeable than I am, about investing & trading? I doubt it. But this same person who has helped Kevin Yates out, after hearing ''his story'', also was able to put him into contact with a substantial company & investor who might very well be interested in doing an R/M with him. But it is all iffy, still at this time, so that know one knows for sure whether he is going to have to be compelled to do an R/S. But as I have warned him, when & if he announces such a move, his company & it's stock is toast, as you so very well know. So: He is struggling financially, and is hoping for some good monied investors, who might ''see'' his vision, but untill he starts getting them to come into the fold, it is very unlikely, that he'll ever be able to succeed. Thanks for staying in touch, Doc Holiday, for these last 3 months have been of a particuarlly depressive & hopeless state of mind for me.
