MX23: No they did not. The pr you are quoting from is from may 2014, not may 2015 if you look more closely. it was a deal that was "in the works", but unfortunately didn't happen as mexus and the other party never came to mutually acceptable terms. Hopefully the deal we have been told is currently being discussed -- with a different party -- will have a happier ending....
