It will... one day open there, not tomorrow though. What happens when a company with just a 499m float trading at .05 cents lands it's first major licensing deal? What about multiples? What happens when joint and individual patent applications are approved? What happens when other multibillion dollar companies acquire the rights to these technologies through major deals???

A day will come in the future when the bid is .88 cents.
