If one bought in at .03, then they got screwed with the dilution right along with the rest of us. They would have been bought expecting the pps to go up from .03, but the pps was still being trashed and only went down.

Even if one averages down, they still have a big loss on the shares bought at .03. It's certainly nothing to brag about.
