The purchase of ReliOn by $PLUG is not as you describe it. It was a completely strategic purchase to bring reliable stack technology in-house to further cut costs, and provide a host of other short and long benefits. You can't complain about cash burn yet criticize them for the very steps they take to reduce it and increase long term competitiveness.
